Are you searching for a unique and affordable venue to host your upcoming special occasion, such as a birthday party, wedding, bridal shower, Jack & Jill, baby shower, or a corporate event? Look no further, as Hops on the Hill Brewery has two picturesque tents that offer a scenic farm view for your guests to enjoy!

To reserve your event date, kindly email nancy@hopsonthehillbrewery.com specifying your estimated guest count, preferred date, and time. Choose from two different tent rental options: one that seats 100, and the other that seats 40 guests.

The 40’ x 60’ tent rental includes ten 8’-rectangle tables, 100 chairs, and the smaller 20’ x 30’ tent offers six 6’ tables and 40 chairs. Both rentals come equipped with lights, electricity and sides (if needed), and trash cans and bags. Please note that the renter is responsible for cleaning up and removing all items brought in, including balloons. However, HOTH will empty trash and wipe down tables for your convenience.

Please be aware that we are open to the public on Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and on Saturdays/Sundays from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm. During these times, you will be sharing the venue with the public, but not the tent.

At Hops on the Hill, we provide a variety of beverage options, including beer, one white and one red wine, hard cider, non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks, tea, and water. Please note that no outside alcohol/drinks are allowed to be brought in by you or your guests for consumption

No B.Y.O.B. Coolers are allowed for food and water only for your event.

Catering is allowed, and you may bring your own food or even arrange for a private food truck. You are welcome to decorate the tents with flowers, centerpieces, tablecloths, balloons, and lawn games. However, please refrain from using confetti, balloons with confetti, streamers, or glitter as they make for a messy cleanup.

To secure your reservation, a $200 deposit is required, or you may opt to pay in full. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to your event date. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued, minus $75. For cancellations occurring between August and October, a refund will be issued, minus the $200 deposit if cancelled within four weeks of the event. If HOTH must cancel the event for any reason, a full refund will be issued if the event cannot be rescheduled to a different date.
